Let’s Take a Look Inside the Elbow Program

Program Structure

The Elbow Program is built around four progressive phases.

  • Phase 1 – Reset & Rebuild Restore mobility and begin loading the elbow safely. Three training days per week.

  • Phase 2 – Strength Integration Develop targeted strength in the fingers, hands, wrists, elbows, shoulders, and neck. Two training days per week.

  • Phase 3 – Push–Pull Strength Progress upper-body pushing and pulling while reinforcing the strength developed in Phase 2. Two training days per week.

  • Phase 4 – Performance Transition Prepare the upper body, elbows, and grip for high-velocity, real-world demands. Two training days per week.

Hi, I'm Steve.

I’ve spent over 15 years in the industry, working alongside athletes and professionals to bridge the gap between rehab and performance. Over that time, I’ve seen too many people waste months relying on elbow straps, braces, or a quick rub, none of which will ever fix the root cause of your pain.

This program is the result of years of experience, trial and error, and proven success, condensed into a clear, practical approach you can follow to get out of pain and back to doing what you love.
